Dr. Robert Molloy qualified from UWCM and started here in Molloy Dental practice in 1998. He loves the challenge that Dentistry provides daily, from the patient who is fearful to the child attending for the first time.

Dentistry has changed monumentally over the last 25 years, and we are very focused in staying at the van-guard of this change by education of ourselves, our staff and our patients. We constantly focus on prevention and education as the leading edge of our practice -prevention is easier, simpler and cheaper than cure!

Dentistry is always evolving and with that Robert has continually keep abreast of new trends and treatments and continuously re-educates to provide all his patients the most appropriate treatment for their needs.

Robert loves working in the practice that his father started back in 1970. “We truly guard the values of care and professionalism that have kept Molloy Dental Practice serving our patients for over 50 years”.

Dr Conor Molloy qualified with distinction in a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1993.

Conor is the longest serving and one of the principal dentists in Molloy Dental and has been looking after his patients in the Practice for over 30 years.

He has seen many changes in dentistry over that period and has been conscious to continually re-educate to be able to provide his patients the most up to date and quality Dentistry they deserve.

At this point in his career there are not too many dental problems he would not have encountered or dealt with successfully in the past.

He is very protective of the great reputation Molloy Dental has with its patients and works hard to keep the high standards of care and value his patients deserve. Fortunately his patients repay this with their loyalty which has kept him busy for every working day of the last 20 years.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Dr Campion Kennedy has been working at Molloy Dental since 2022.

Our existing patients will know Dervala very well. She is driven to maintain our patient families oral health to a very high standard, minimizing the risk of dental pain, infections and emergency situations. She prioritises communication and autonomy in patient care with her belief that all patients deserve to have optimal oral health in a calm, painless and judgement free environment.

She is very dedicated to the dental health care profession and making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and at ease in a welcoming environment while receiving dental treatment.

Outside of work, she enjoys the arts, travelling, and baking. (dentists can have a sweet tooth too!)

Dr Kelly Reis  is as qualified dentist with more than 9 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry.

Her passion for helping her patients to look their best and improve their natural beauty put her on the path to pursue further training in restorative/aesthetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.

Dr Kelly likes to make her patients feel confident on their skin, with a healthy smile on their faces.

Dr Kelly provides general dentistry for the whole family, and she would love to see her patients growing happy and with a healthy and big smile.

Winston’s journey in Dentistry began at the esteemed University of Ponta Grossa (Brazil) in 2003. His commitment to excellence led him to complete a rigorous three-year, full-time master’s degree in Periodontics in 2006. In 2010, he furthered his knowledge with a two-year Postgraduate Degree programme in Implant Dentistry under the guidance of Dr Manuel Neves in Oporto, Portugal.

Winston’s pursuit of excellence led him to practice Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Oporto. This practice was none other than the clinic of Prof. Dr Manuel Fontes de Carvalho, a distinguished figure in Portuguese Dentistry, founder of the Portuguese Dental Council, and Professor and Prorector at the University of Porto.
In 2014, Winston embarked on a new academic journey, commencing the PhD programme at Radboud University, Netherlands. Radboud University, a world leader in the study and development of new bone substitutes and dental implants, provided the perfect platform for his special interest. He is particularly intrigued by the behaviour of different dental implants and bone substitutes in patients with compromising conditions such as diabetes and osteoporosis.

Winston has worked exclusively in Periodontics for more than 15 years, completing thousands of periodontal cases, which makes him an expert at giving you healthy teeth and gums.

Weronika is a highly dedicated hygienist, who joined our practice in 2021. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2021 with honours and achieved one of the highest results in her year. She is also qualified in dental radiology. Weronika has also represented her class and was a member of the Covid -19 committee.
Weronika is an avid member of the Irish Dental Hygiene Association and has helped with the Dublin Irish hygienist symposium.
She is also a member of the Irish Dental Council Register.
Weronika is passionate about educating patients in the importance of oral hygiene and providing best patient care. Weronika has been chosen to appear on the radio to provide Oral health care instruction to the listeners.

Dillon began his dental career with hands-on experience in a local dental practice in Carlow. He discovered a passion for oral health and patient care. The supportive environment inspired him to pursue a career as a dental hygienist.

He trained as a Dental Hygienist at Trinity College Dublin and graduated with honours in 2019. Dillon joined Molloy Dental in September 2023. He is a dedicated dental hygienist with five years of experience in providing exceptional oral care.

Dillon is committed to promoting healthy habits and is focused on understanding patients’ lifestyles and behavioural changes. He believes that personalised oral health education is key to helping patients achieve their best smiles.

His goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients. He understands the importance of listening and will always make an effort to put nervous patients at ease.
Outside of work, Dillon stays active by keeping fit and travelling. This helps him maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.
